To increase the mutual understanding and communication between company departments and enhance the company's cohesiveness, Changzhou Shule Kitchen Utensils Co., Ltd held the 1^st competition of making fresh pasta.

   At 4 p.m. on September 1^st , the pasta making competition was held in Shule canteen.

Upon arriving at the scene, everything was placed on the table, including the manual pasta machine, wheat flour, mineral water, pots and so on.

   All forty-five contestants had been divided into 5 groups and every contestant was equipped with 270 grams of wheat flour and a bottle of water. During the competition, the player needed to assemble the pasta machine, mix the flour with water, knead the dough and cut into pastas. Once they finished, they needed to raise their hands to remind the referee.

   After one-and-a-half-hour intense competition, Mr. Ethan, from sales department, won the first place. The top 3 players were awarded and the fresh pastas were boiled for supper. We all enjoyed the competition and delicious pasta.
